The Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors have been Spider-man pointing meme for years.

Like the Bulls, the Raptors were the fifth seed in 2021-22, the ninth seed in 2022-23 and with only two Playoff wins to show for it.

But the Raptors finally took their medicine. Raptors lead executive Masai Ujiri understood that what they had was not good enough.

In trading Pascal Siakam to the Indiana Pacers and OG Anunoby to the New York Knicks, the Raptors have come away with compelling young prospects and multiple draft picks to move forward with Scottie Barnes as the future of the franchise.
