Yes, I've already written about Kyle Hendricks and the issues he's been having in a recent newsletter. But honestly, he's so important to this team's recent history, and he and the Chicago Cubs are in such a weird place in terms of figuring out what to do with him that it feels right to take another look at the situation.
Just in glancing at the box scores, Friday against the Pittsburgh Pirates was arguably Hendricks' worst start in a season full of bad outings. He gave up eight runs (seven earned) on 11 hits.
