The Cleveland Cavaliers will not go undefeated this entire season. They will lose at some point. But that point was not Monday night, when they beat the Chicago Bulls 118-113 at the United Center, moving to a perfect 12-0 in 2024-25.
To the Bulls credit, it was one of their better performances. They shot a tick below 37 percent on 38 threes, nearly 50 percent from the field. They didn't get completely destroyed at the free throw line or on the offensive glass. They were the more efficient team on the night, but their turnover issue ended up costing them.
