The Chicago White Sox defeated the New York Yankees in the opener of their series Monday night. Dylan Cease allowed just 1 hit but walked 7 batters while not allowing a run. Andrew Vaughn provided the big blow with a 2-run homer in the 2nd inning to give the Sox a lead they would not relinquish. Overshadowing the game was many reports of White Sox clubhouse culture prior to the game.
