We're about to find out if the third time really is the charm.
For the third straight season, the ninth-seed Chicago Bulls (39-43) will play the 10th-seed Miami Heat (37-45) in the NBA Play-In Tournament. While Chicago's previous two seasons came to an end in Miami during the second Play-In game, the Bulls will host this 9-10 matchup in Chicago, with the winner moving on to face the loser of the 7-8 game between the Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks for a chance to face the first seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Playoffs.
