LAKE FOREST, Ill. — The Tennessee Titans first-year defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson has some familiarity with the Chicago Bears organization.
Wilson was a scout for the Bears from 2008-2011 and overlapped with current Bears defensive coordinator Eric Washington and cornerbacks coach/passing game coordinator Jon Hoke during that time.
What's unknown right now is what exactly Wilson brings as a defensive coordinator for the Titans. He's worked with defensive backs since being with the Rams in 2015. That remained the same with the Jets from 2017-2020 and he added the title of passing game coordinator in his final two seasons in New York.
