LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears are searching for the franchise's next head coach. It's something the organization has plenty of experience doing.
Bears president Kevin Warren and general manager Ryan Poles will lead the "exhaustive search," with Poles as the "point person." The two will work together to find the best option for the Bears.
Thomas Brown became the interim head coach after he took over for Matt Eberflus once he was fired the day after the 23-20 loss to the Lions in Detroit on Thanksgiving Day.
