The Rockford IceHogs mirrored their parent club this past weekend as they fell behind and made gallant comeback efforts, only to fall short in both contests. On Friday, they erased a 2-0 third-period deficit but still lost 4-2 to the Grand Rapids Griffins. They tied the Iowa Wild 3-3 after being down 3-1 before losing 6-3.
