Hoge's Bears Things: Chicago's QB situation dominated the Super Bowl conversation

Good morning, Bears fans.

Well, Patrick Mahomes did it again. It sure seemed like the San Francisco 49ers should have won last night’s Super Bowl, but Mahomes and the Chiefs just have a knack for making the big plays at the right time.

While much of Super Bowl LVIII was sleepy, I certainly enjoyed special teams' enormous impact on the game. The Chiefs’ special teams, led by former Bears special teams coordinator Dave Toub, played a huge role in Kansas City’s comeback. And then Chris Jones and Patrick Mahomes took over.
