Chicago Bears Training Camp Observations Day 4: Matt Eberflus will take his time picking a center

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — The wait to see the Bears actually hit each other with pads is starting to feel long.
That day doesn't come until Saturday as the ramp up continues. Caleb Williams looked good in the 2-minute drill. The defense had success getting to Caleb early in practice. Teven Jenkins will be waiting on his contract negotiation for a little while longer. Matt Eberflus is in no hurry to announce his starting center.
