Why White Sox coaching staff under Will Venable looks so similar to 121-loss group

DALLAS – The Chicago White Sox are embarking on a fresh start, of sorts, under new manager Will Venable.
Why, then, does Venable’s White Sox coaching staff, which was officially announced Monday, look so similar to the group that just worked for a 121-game loser?
