Major offseason baseball news dropped last week. Roki Sasaki, a 23-year-old right-handed starter with loads of potential from the Chiba Lotte Marines of Nippon Professional Baseball, will be posted this winter.
Most reports have told us the Los Angeles Dodgers are the favorites to land Sasaki. That's not a complete shock.
