On the same night Nikola Vucevic (31 points, 12 rebounds on 59 percent shooting) recorded his 200th career double-double as a member of the Chicago Bulls, passing Scottie Pippen for second in franchise history, Matas Buzelis had his first.
With 12 points and 12 rebounds, Buzelis helped lead the charge in taking care of the Portland Trail Blazers 118-113.
"Feels good," the rookie claimed post-game. "I should’ve had my first one a long time ago, but I’m starting to take rebounding way more seriously. And I could be really good at it."
