The topic of the Chicago Blackhawks rebuild has been ever-present since GM Kyle Davidson took over in a full-time role and began the process of remolding the future of the organization.
It was again front and center behind Davidson's words over the past few days since his mid-season media conference where, among other topics, he tried to hammer home the idea that the rebuilding process is going swimmingly for the Blackhawks.
I tend to agree, given that a lot of the players he has pegged as being part of the future are now getting time in the NHL, and the players he has drafted, whether they were first-round picks or later in the draft, are showing those signs of real impressive progression ...
