LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- At this point, every Chicago Bears fan has unfortunately seen the failed speed option play to D'Andre Swift that resulted in a turnover on downs in the Bears' 21-16 loss to the Colts.
It's a play that is unfortunately tough to forget. However, the previous three plays inside the Colts' 4-yard line also raise questions about offensive coordinator Shane Waldron's decision-making. In all four of those plays, Caleb Williams lined up in the shotgun, and Khalil Herbert ran the ball three times for a total of three yards.
