The American League defeated the National League in the 2022 MLB All-Star Game Tuesday night. Tim Anderson went 1-2 with a single, and Willson Contreras went 0-2 while reaching on an error. The NL went ahead 2-0 early, but a 3-run 4th inning gave the AL a lead they would never relinquish.
