The Cubs managed one win in their first series with the San Diego Padres this season, but it really should have been two. Regardless, they are 7-5. Tonight, the early season struggles for Kyle Hendricks continued. The Padres lineup managed two home runs and hit several balls hit over 100 miles per hour. 17 earned runs for Hendricks in his first three starts. We’ll talk about it and what it could mean for an already depleted Cubs rotation. Michael Busch the lone bright spot with a two-run home run (with two strikes!) off of Dylan Cease.
