The Chicago Blackhawks looked like a team that was still riding the momentum of Connor Bedard’s OT winner a game prior, jumping out to a quick 2-0 lead versus the Dallas Stars, courtesy of goals from Tyler Johnson and Cole Guttman. Dallas scored four unanswered, including 2 in 20 seconds in the 2nd period to regain the lead. Jason Dickinson got his name in the act in a revenge game, scoring to make it a 1-goal game in the 3rd period. With just under 2:30 to play in the game, Tyler Johnson netted his second of the game to tie it. In overtime, Roope Hintz scored the game-winner for the Jets, recording a hat trick in the process.
