The Chicago Blackhawks played their first game of the season following Connor Bedard being placed on injured reserve. The results were better than expected, as the Hawks defeated the Calgary Flames on Sunday afternoon. Colin Blackwell got the Hawks on the board early with his second goal of the season. After the Flames scored 2 unanswered to take the lead, the resilient Blackhawks scored two straight of their own, courtesy of Philipp Kurashev and Nikita Zaitsev, to take a 3-2 lead entering the final frame. In the third, Blackwell padded the lead to end the five-game skid. Join Jay Zawaski and Greg Boysen as they bring you a winning postgame show on the CHGO Blackhawks Live
