CHGO Blackhawks Podcast: Chicago Blackhawks to retire Chris Chelios’ No. 7
It was Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder who got to break the good news to his long-time friend and Blackhawks legend Chris Chelios. The Blackhawks will be retiring the former Captain’s #7 at a ceremony on February 25th before the Hawks take on the Red Wings. We’ll discuss the news, review some of the reported criteria the Hawks have established, and discuss what it means for another #7, Brent Seabrook, as his career officially ends after this coming season.
