Can the Bulls keep this up? Billy Donovan thinks recent play is ‘sustainable’

It's been a long while since the Chicago Bulls last rode the wave of positive momentum.
The last time may have been all the way back in 2021-22 when they were atop the Eastern Conference standings at the All-Star Break.
As well as things were going, there were some red flags, even before the injuries. Then, 38-21, the Bulls were fourth in wins but only 11th in net rating. Based on their win percentage (64 percent), they were on pace to win 52.5 wins. But according to their point differential (+2.4), the Bulls were only expected to win 47 games.
