After losing their three-game winning streak Saturday night in Calgary, the Blackhawks took the ice in Minnesota, looking to start a new streak ahead of the holiday break. Chicago was catching the Wild at the right time, as Minnesota had lost five of their last six and had been outscored 13-2 in their last three. It wasn't to be, alas, as the Wild took the 4-3 win.
