Hard to see how this doesn’t translate into excellence. Not immediately, but over time. Coaches always talk about accountability but they have never actually implemented it, especially Flus.

Exactly! Last year when we had players saying they wanted to be coached harder, that’s a problem. Flus talked accountability from day 1 but never set the standard.
