It would be interesting to know a few things, on the draft board evaluations.

Over the past few years:
1. Are the scouting reports being read differently, keying on different key performance indicators (KPIs)?
2. Is there more trust being placed on scouting reports rather than the “gut feelings” of the front office? (Or the opposite)
3. Are they trusting scouts more on things besides what can be boiled down to a KPI?
