The Chicago Bears could have had the entire city living and dying with every snap on Sunday as their families gathered for Christmas Eve.

Instead, they’ll mostly likely be just another attraction in between dinner and gift opening as the Arizona Cardinals come to town with three games left in the season.

Here’s how we see this one shaking out …

Adam Hoge (8-6) — Bears 20, Cardinals 16

This is certainly a game the Bears should win, but the Cardinals have been feistier than most of their final scores suggest. They’ve been playing hard for new coach Jonathan Gannon, but they just don’t have the manpower to hang for 60 minutes. In that regard, they’re similar to Matt Eberflus’ team last year. Incredibly shorthanded late in the year, the Bears still played the Bills and Eagles tough into the fourth quarter last December. I feel like a similar situation could play out for the Cardinals Sunday, with the Bears hanging on late for a tough win.

Nicholas Moreano (6-8) — Bears 24, Cardinals 20

After another fourth quarter debacle, the Bears return to Soldier Field to face a struggling Cardinals team. Arizona doesn’t have nearly the caliber of defense that Cleveland has, so this Bears offense should have some opportunities for some explosive plays. Bears double their win total from last season.

Will DeWitt (6-8) — Bears 28, Cardinals 21

After watching the Bears fall a part in the fourth quarter last week, it’s taking a ton of strength to pick them to win against the Cardinals. But the Bears are the better of the two teams and I expect them to continue competing throughout the remainder of the season.

Greg Braggs Jr. (8-6) — Bears 28, Cardinals 17

The Bears defense is humming right now despite another late fourth-quarter collapse. But they’ll bounce back vs a winnable opponent in Arizona while Justin Fields looks to make a statement to the league and the organization by finishing on a high note.

Mark Carman (8-6) — Bears 31, Cardinals 14

Clear decisions are not the Bears way. With that in mind, I’m feeling a big offensive day. Justin Fields finds the end zone through the air and on the ground. The defense continues their ascension. Bears roll.

Kevin Kaduk (8-6) — Bears 28, Cardinals 24

I just hope everyone has fun and stays healthy.

Jake Flannigan (5-9) — Bears 38, Cardinals 17

Don’t stop believing in QB1 powering the offense and Sweat leading the charge on defense. Hope is alive (just barely) for Da Bears!
