Just got out dueled. Wanted a win, but hopeful that a humbling loss and a browns team that just gave up 31 points to one of the worst teams in football gives us the bounce back we need to rev us up for a rematch on home turf. Bear Down

At some point we just have to admit that Caleb is just not a good “passer”. He has a strong arm but he can’t pass consistently enough for an NFL QB, especially a first round pick, let alone the #1 overall pick in a draft that has a bunch of starting caliber QB’s. Will he get better…possibly, but I just don’t think you can actually teach someone who has played the position their whole life how to be accurate. Don’t tell me about “it’s his first year in this offense” or “it’s only his second year in the league”, those are just excuses. They would work if it was about not reading defenses or getting used to NFL speed or cadence, which are all things he went through and has pretty much overcome. This is strictly about making accurate passes to open receivers and not just on the last play. Even his TD to Loveland was short and Loveland had to stop and come back out of the end zone to catch it. We have gotten to where any completion looks like it’s blind luck but people start cheering that every completion is the best ever. I hope he can improve but I just don’t see it happening.
