While it’s natural to worry about injuries in this situation, it seems the Bears always have guys coming out of camp banged up anyway, regardless of whether there’s much contact or not. I’d rather they be as mentally sharp and prepared as possible and remember how to tackle from the get-go.

Nice to hear the bit at the end about Rome being just as feisty blocking runs as he is in his routes. WR blocking on the edges can take a run game from pedestrian to great. Line him up on the strong side along with Wright and our TEs and there should be yards all day…
