Well, here we are again. The calendar hit August and the Chicago Bears have questions about the health of their offensive line — and what it might mean for their young quarterback’s preseason reps.
Fans might riot if they don’t see Caleb Williams take snaps Saturday in Buffalo, but head coach Matt Eberflus has been very consistent in saying the health of his offensive line will impact how much the quarterback plays in the preseason. And Sunday, the Bears were missing three starters on the line — leaving just left tackle Braxton Jones and center Ryan Bates, who technically isn’t even an official starter yet.
