What's up, Bears fans?

With the NFL Draft just a few weeks away and Justin Fields now on the Pittsburgh Steelers, it’s time to take a much more realistic view at how the Bears’ 2024 draft might play out.

In Bears Mock Draft 1.0, we admittedly took the more unrealistic view, keeping Fields and trading back a total of four times to make a total of nine selections in the first five rounds. The conclusion of that exercise was not a surprising one: The Bears were destined to move on from Fields and draft a quarterback in the first round.
