CHICAGO, Ill. — The Bears didn't need to blow out the Panthers. Caleb Williams didn't need to find DJ Moore downfield for two scores. Chicago's defense didn't need to make Andy Dalton's Sunday afternoon a living hell.
But they did.
One of, if not the most complete win in the Matt Eberflus era, the Bears can't afford to take their foot off the gas when they travel to the United Kingdom next week. If the Bears can replicate Sunday's performance in London and after the ensuing bye, the conversation quickly shifts to playoff potential.
