Ayo Dosunmu hasn't always been an elite three-point shooter. But mid-way through last season, the work he has put into it started to show.
From the start of the 2023-24 season through December, the Chicago Bulls guard shot a respectable 33.7% from deep on 2.8 attempts per game. Not eye-popping, but solid for a player averaging just 22 minutes. Then, starting in 2024, his game took off. His minutes increased to 34 per game, and with it, his three-point shooting soared to over 43% on 4.7 attempts. This placed him among an elite group — only 22 players shot over 40% on that volume for the entire 2023-24 season.
