CHICAGO — Bears rookie safety Dillon Thieneman waited patiently as the Philadelphia Eagles’ play on third down unfolded before him in the end zone.

“I saw that first over (route) coming and I was like, ‘A second one is most likely coming,’” he said. “One goes in, another one’s going to come in.”

So Thieneman positioned himself into what he called the “second window.”

And then came Eagles backup Andy Dalton’s throw. 

“The ball was just right there,” Thieneman said.

Interception.
