The Green Bay defense looked worn down even before Parsons went out against Denver. They just lost their best player, played a very good/physical team at altitude, and it’s a short week. A run-first game plan on offense and keeping a top on the Packers offense might get the job done.
bear with me
They could have won the first match up, so yeah, they have an even better shot at this one.
It’s so refreshing to look forward to games knowing that your favorite team is going to be prepared, well-coached and able to make adjustments based on what the other team is doing. Eberflus, in retrospect, was in over his head. Nagy couldn’t get out of his own head and did the same stupid bubble screen or 7 yard pass on third and eight. Fox/Trestman were washed and even Lovie was allergic to modern offense and couldn’t update his game plan at halftime.
I can’t wait for this game.
