CHICAGO – It was a fun idea in theory, but the results just haven't been there for Chicago Bears interim head coach Thomas Brown.
Elevated into the role after the team fired Matt Eberflus following a Week 13 clock management disaster on Thanksgiving Day, Brown brought hope that the next five weeks might not be as bad as the previous six that resulted in Eberflus' departure.
Instead, the Bears are now rocking a 10-game losing streak with just one game left in the season. It's the team's longest losing streak in the same season since two years ago when Chicago lost the final ten of the year in Eberflus' first rodeo.
