Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is sacked.

The Bears should not have made the trip west. If I were George McCaskey, I would be asking Kevin Warren why I paid for the flight, hotel and transportation to Levi's Stadium.
San Francisco got the ball first and they were in the end zone 2 minutes and 40 seconds later. It got worse from there, down 24-0 at halftime. The defense was inept and the offense gained 4 yards in the half, the lowest a Bears offense -- not exactly a historical powerhouse -- had gained since 1991. On to the grades:
Quarterback: C
Caleb Williams' numbers looked decent if not exceptional on paper, 17-for-23 with 2 touchdown passes albeit for only 134 yards. That could do the trick on a team that has a functioning defen...
