Buzelis shows growth in career-night

Josh Giddey secured his 12th career triple-double, his first as a member of the Chicago Bulls in their 128-102 win over the short handed Brooklyn Nets. Finishing with 20 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists, Giddey's full box stat stuffing ability was on full display.
“It was cool,” Giddey said of his first triple-double on his new team. “The guys made my job easy. We played the right way. I was able to throw the ball ahead, guys made shots, got to the rim. Team effort. We did it by committee and that’s how it’s gotta be every night.”
Still, he did not shoot it well — only 1-of-8 on threes. But he more than made up for it by shooting 8-of-9 inside the arc.
