Good morning, Bears fans!
Today is the day. The pads will finally be popping at Halas Hall.
Perhaps it’s just some sort of “Opening Day(ish)” symbolism, but the first day of pads is always one of my favorite days on the calendar. With each year, it seems like the first day of pads gets pushed further back, and the number of padded practices overall diminishes. It’s left a small window of practices earlier in camp that are the toughest practices of the entire season.
So what can you count on seeing/hearing about today?
