LAKE FOREST — Training camp is supposed to be up and down for a rookie quarterback.
Well, Caleb Williams was exactly that during the second practice of Chicago Bears training camp on Sunday morning. Yet there is some good in the bad which we learned after talking to offensive coordinator Shane Waldron.
