Bears Things: Front office taking a page from Ryan Poles

Good morning, Bears fans!
As the Bears took the practice field for the first time in training camp Saturday morning, it was impossible to ignore a gathering on the sideline that included team president Kevin Warren, general manager Ryan Poles, assistant general manager Ian Cunningham and special advisor to the president Ted Crews.
The picture of these four men stood out to me because it represents four of the biggest power brokers in the organization and how much change we have seen in the last three years.
