The Chicago Bulls are finally changing course.
This is objectively a good thing. It was past time to move towards the next iteration of this team. I don't want to crush the team because overall, I like the direction things are heading.
Still, the execution leaves a lot to be desired and there are a handful of things I would have done differently.
While I benefit from hindsight, I don't have all the information about the available options. With that in mind, here's how I would have managed this rebuilding process compared to what actually happened.
