The Chicago White Sox lost both legs of a doubleheader to the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday. Lance Lynn pitched a gem in Game 1, going 7 scoreless innings of one-hit ball while striking out 11. But it went for naught as the Sox were unable to score a run until they were already trailing by 6 in the 11th inning. Game 2 was back-and-forth, but the Blue Jays scored more often, recording 16 hits and 5 runs. Eloy Jimenez homered in Game 2 for the Sox.
