The Chicago White Sox rebounded in a big way Sunday afternoon, defeating the defending champion Houston Astros to split the opening series of the season. Yoan Moncada continued his torrid series, homering for the second time as part of a 3-hit day. He did that in support of Mike Clevinger who pitched 5 scoreless innings to go along with 8 strikeouts in his White Sox debut. Luis Robert Jr. also hit his first home run of the season in the win.
