After months of debating whether or not to waive his No Movement Clause, Patrick Kane has finally made his decision to be traded and facilitate a move with the New York Rangers. One of the greatest Chicago Blackhawks to ever do it, Kane will move on from the only team he has ever known after 16 magnificent seasons that included 3 Stanley Cups, a Conn Smythe Trophy, a Hart Memorial Trophy, and an Art Ross Trophy. The Hawks will receive a conditional second-round pick in 2023 that could become a first-round pick in 2024 or 2025 and a 4th round pick. Jay Zawaski, Greg Boysen, and Mario Tirabassi give you their IMMEDIATE reactions to the trade on the CHGO Blackhawks LIVE Podcast.
