150 points. One hundred and fifty points. Ciento cincuenta puntos. No matter how you say it, its bad. The Bulls lost 150-126 in Minnesota to the Timberwolves who were without Karl-Anthony Towns and Rudy Gobert. It was a tough watch and broke alot of fans, myself included. Lets get to YUP, EHH, DAMN.
YUP
+ DeMar DeRozan led the team in scoring with 29 points, four rebounds and six assists. He continues to be the only consistent player on the team as far as offense is concerned.
+ Coby White and Derrick Jones Jr. filled in nicely off the bench. Coby started by hitting his first two 3-point attempts finishing with 10 points in 19 minutes. DJJ chipped in 13 points and has been solid off the bench these past few games.
+ Zach Lavine scored the 10,000th point of his career. a tremendous accomplishment for a guy who sat for a year with a torn ACL.
EHH
-D’Angelo Russell hit 6-7 threes in the first half. He even hit one from the logo.
-Naz Ried scored the first 10 points of the game for Minnesota. Coming into the game, Naz shoots 34 percent from the arc. Against the Bulls, 50 percent.
-Andre Drummond didn’t see the floor in Minnesota. BD decided to go small with the T’Wolves twin towers out.
DAMN
- The 150 points the Bulls gave up is the most they have given up in a regular season regulation game since 1982 when they gave up 152. Bulls went 28-54 that year. Nobosy on this roster was even born yet.
- The TWolves set a franchise record for three pointers made with 23.
- They gave up 150 freaking points in 4 quarters. DAMN. DAMN. DAMN.
I’m done. I’m going to bed to forget these last two games. Send Liquid Death. Peace.
