The Chicago White Sox fell to the Baltimore Orioles in the finale of their series. With a 1-run lead and 2 outs in the 9th inning, Adam Engel dropped what would have been the third out in foul territory. 2 pitches later, Kyle Stowers hit a game-tying home run, his first of the season. The Orioles went on to win on a walk-off in the 11th. Lance Lynn had a third-consecutive strong outing, giving up 2 runs (one earned) while striking out 8.
